This old building is being used as a pension, now, named Bonjour Pension and lightens up the 5000 years history of cute beautiful Ayvalık and sparkles lise a star appeared up of from deepness of town's history.





During early 1900's ayvalık had played an important role in international, overseas relations by having French, Norwaian, English, Italian and Greek Ambassies; fortunately this building had been used as Ambassy of France where many serious decisions had been taken by the French Colony in town. The writing "L Union d'Paris" stands still as a withness it that historical days on the top of outdoor gate.
